We process your data in accordance with the GDPR, the LOPDGDD, and the guidance of the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD). 2. What data we process We collect only the data necessary to provide our matchmaking service: - Account data: name, email, phone number, registration date, verification status. - Profile preferences: matching criteria, goals, and compatibility details. - Photographs and interview notes, where provided, used solely to arrange private introductions. We do not publish member catalogues. Profile details are never indexed in search engines. 3. Legal basis - Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): you accept this Privacy Policy on the application form. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to tangoslavique@gmail.com. - Contractual necessity (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): to review your application, verify identity, conduct the interview, administer fees, and arrange introductions. - Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR): invoicing and other records required by Spanish or EU law. 4. Data retention Inactive applicants or former members are deleted or irreversibly anonymised after twelve (12) months of inactivity, unless a longer period is required by law. Upon a valid erasure request we delete related records without undue delay, except where we must retain a limited subset for legal claims or statutory duties. 5. International transfers Primary operations are in Spain, within the EEA. Where a provider processes data outside the EEA in a country without an adequacy decision, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and supplementary measures. 6. Your rights You may exercise access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent by writing to tangoslavique@gmail.com.
